If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This is on top of the 30-day free trial every new account starts with.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at behavior.tracker.edu@gmail.com and we'll help.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Plan page in the app. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period — cancelling stops the next renewal, it doesn't remove time you've already paid for.
